Where in the World is Karen?

This week I had the absolute joy of exploring Universal’s brand-new park, Epic Universe — and wow, the name says it all! We spent two full days diving into every corner of this incredible place and managed to ride everything on our list and catch both of the amazing shows.

Epic is divided into five immersive portals, each one so detailed and magical that you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. One of the highlights? Meeting some unforgettable characters like the Bride of Frankenstein and the Invisible Man — talk about surreal photo ops! 

And let’s talk food… because wow! One of my new favorite theme park dining experiences is Das Stakehaus. The menu was incredible and the atmosphere was spooky in the best way — highly, highly recommend making time to eat there. 

Of course, no trip would be complete without visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and the Battle of the Ministry of Magic. Even if thrill rides aren’t your thing, do yourself a favor and walk through the queue — the interior theming is jaw-dropping and worth it on its own. Here’s a snapshot of Cliff and me inside the ride — we were all smiles soaking up the magic!
